Fees & How We Quote: In Writing, Before You Commit.
We don't publish a fee schedule online because every matter is different. What we do is give you a written, fixed quote for your specific situation - before you decide whether to proceed.
Why we don't list fees online - and what we do instead.
A simple-looking visa can be genuinely complicated depending on your history. A complicated visa can sometimes be straightforward. Publishing a generic fee schedule would either mislead you or scare you off unnecessarily. What we do instead is this:
After your initial consultation, we give you a written fee proposal that covers your specific matter - the complexity, the documents involved, whether there are particular risks to manage. That quote is fixed. It won't change unless the scope of the matter changes materially, and we'd discuss that with you before it did.
What's included in an agent's fee.
Our fee covers the professional work we do - assessment, strategy, document preparation, application preparation and lodgement, and case management through to a decision. It does not include government fees, which are charged by the Department of Home Affairs separately and are set by them. We'll confirm current government fees at the time of your quote so there are no surprises.
For employers: we'll give you a written quote covering all the professional work involved in setting up your sponsorship and nomination. Government fees for employer applications are separate and we'll itemise them clearly.
